The Associated Students of the University of California, San Diego (ASUCSD) are the elected and appointed representatives of the UC San Diego student body. Office of Transportation and Transformation Overview
The Office of Transportation and Transformation represents students in transportation matters and works to promote a campus whose transit access works for the benefit of the Student Body.
Position Description
The Vice President for Transportation and Transformation advocates for students on all transportation-related issues, both on and off campus. They work to ensure that student perspectives are consistently represented in conversations with administrators and external partners when decisions about transportation systems, policies, and programs are being made. This includes identifying student needs, addressing barriers to access, and helping develop solutions that are equitable, affordable, and sustainable. The role is also a bridge between students and decision-makers, ensuring that communication flows both ways and that student concerns are not only heard but acted upon. The Vice President also helps to support the Office team with their projects.
Key Information
Pay rate: $125-150 per week
Hours Per Week: 6-8
Job Location: In-Person (UCSD Main Campus) and Off-Site work

Must be a UC San Diego Undergraduate Student and available to work on campus.
