Position(s)
- Operations Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Office of Student Orgs, including scheduling, documentation, and internal communications.
- Assist with organizing events such as town halls, workshops, and funding information sessions.
- Maintain records, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure accurate reporting of office activities.
- Assist the Chief of Staff in coordinating logistics for meetings, including Committee and Senate sessions.
- Support office initiatives by drafting emails, announcements, and updates for student orgs.
- Help manage and run external media from the office including social media channels such as instagram.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background or Experience in Graphic Design is a Plus
Details:
Stipend: $40/week
Duration: 30 weeks
