  • Student Conduct Coordinator

The Primary role of the Student Conduct Coordinator is to be the main point of contact for Student Conduct questions and cases  from the Office of Student Advocacy Staff. The Student Conduct Coordinator will primarily communicate with the Center for Student Accountability, Growth, and Education (SAGE), formerly the Office of Student Conduct,  to be in the know of any/all policy changes that may affect the undergraduate student body.Additionally, the Student Conduct Coordinator will train and be a point of contact for Student Advocates that may have questions that arise from our Office hours with undergraduate students regarding the student conduct process. Lastly, they will  be required to hold at least 2 office hours per week where they will also specifically do Student Conduct Office Hours as well as Financial aid and Academic Integrity.The weekly hours are estimated around 10-13 hours a week and with a stipend amount of 60 dollars a week. This position will be for the full academic year. Alongside of this the application deadline is September 16th,2025, at 11:59pm and the interviews will be conducted around 1 week after applications are closed.

 

Responsibilities include… 

  • Handling communication issues between Student Advocates regarding student conduct 

  • Communicating Student Advocate concerns and reviewing any questions received weekly during office staff meetings 

  • Creating and reviewing anonymous forms for the Office of Student Advocacy  to receive feedback  from students who have received student conduct cases 

  • Help organize Office of Student Advocacy training of Student Advocates regarding Student Conduct in partnership with the SAGE office.

  • Attend meetings with SAGE regarding new policy changes and be the voice for the undergraduate student body alongside the Senior Associate Vice President and work under the Director of Internal Affairs
