- Academic Integrity coordinator
The primary role of the Academic Integrity Coordinator is to work with the Sr. AVP and Director of Internal Affairs to ensure that there is clear communication between student advocates and the Director of Academic Integrity. The coordinator should ensure that Student Advocates are supported and well-equipped to assist the students visiting our office regarding specific questions of Academic integrity procedures. A large part of this is being a point-of-contact for Student Advocates and assisting them with questions about Academic Integrity and also being a voice for them in policy change meetings. The weekly hours are estimated around 10-13 hours a week and with a stipend amount of 60 dollars a week. This position will be for the full academic year. Alongside of this the application deadline is September 16th,2025, at 11:59pm and the interviews will be conducted around 1 week after applications are closed.

Managing day-to-day affairs

Answering questions from Student Advocates about office hours, reviews specifically for Academic Integrity

Handling communication issues between Advocates and Academic Integrity Office

Communicating Advocate concerns during meetings regarding academic integrity

Talking about questions they received throughout the week regarding academic Integrity

Creating and going through anonymous forms regarding Academic integrity concerns from Student Advocates and undergraduate students

Help organize office training of Student Advocates regarding academic integrity policy and procedures

Attend policy change meeting alongside Senior Associate Vice President and Director of Internal affairs
