The Academic & Professional Development Committee (APDC) Chair is responsible for the administrative maintenance and accountability of the APDC. This position is elected by APDC committee members before appointment by VP Academic.
The APDC Chair will be responsible for:
- Co-hosting and attending all APDC meetings
- Sending out the regular calls for agenda items
- Ensuring minutes or a follow-up summary is added to the APDC google drive
- Managing the APDC Chair email account
- Managing the APDC listserv to approve emails
- Ensuring proper documentation and transition of APDC Chair accounts
The APDC Chair will work closely with VP Academic and may be asked to attend GPSA Council or Executive Meetings as needed.
Total compensation: $2,000/year
