The Climate Action Policy Committee Chair is responsible for managing and directing the operations of the committee. The committee has a shared power structure and all committee members contribute to decision-making, event-planning, committee pursuits, etc. Thus, the main responsibilities of the Chair are to: 1) coordinate with the GPSA, particularly VP Campus, 2) schedule meetings, create agendas, and manage the shared drive and email listserv, and 3) serve as a main point of contact for the committee and stay up to date regarding subcommittee projects. Chair duties can be adapted to better serve the needs of the committee.
