Applying for positions within VP Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

Position(s)

  • Community Outreach Coordinator

The Community Outreach Coordinator will be expected to commit to a minimum of 2.5 hours of labor per week. Approximate breakdown of expectations:

  • Attend all Diversity Advisory Committee (DAC) meetings (bi-weekly; min 2 hours/mo)

  • Attend as-needed GPSA Council meetings (biweekly, 4 hours/mo)

  • Attend as-needed GPSA Executive Team meeting (bi-weekly with DAC)

  • Meet regularly with the VP of Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity (per appointee’s schedule; min 2 hours/mo)

  • Collaborate with on-campus Graduate Resource Interns to present at DAC meetings (min 4 hours/mo)

  • Identify and collaborate with off-campus Community Partners

  • Co-Chair and convene the Fall & Spring Student Organization Fairs

  • With VP EDI, collaborate with and amplify Graduate and Professional Student Organizations

Total compensation: $2000.00

Expected hours: 2.5hours/wee
