Cultural Events Coordinator
- Help in hosting a quarterly festivals in each of the Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters.
- Help with 3-5 social events per quarter.
- Plan and organize at least two unique social event, of a cultural or artistic character.
- Shall keep detailed, accurate, up to date records of expenditures incurred from cultural events.
- Serve as an ex-officio member of the Campus Planning Committee.
Social Events Coordinator
- Help in hosting a quarterly festivals in each of the Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters.
- Help with 3-5 social events per quarter.
- Plan and organize at least one unique social event.
- Work to publicize GPSA social events and to promote new departments taking part.
- Shall keep detailed, accurate, up to date records of expenditures incurred by one's own planned events.
- Serve as an ex-officio member of the Campus Planning Committee.
Assistant Vice President of Social Affairs
- Shares the same responsibilities listed above for a social events coordinator.
- Capture accurate records of meetings, discussions, and decisions with the VP of Social Affairs.
- Shall keep detailed, accurate, up to date records of expenditures incurred by the Social Affairs Office.
