Cultural Events Coordinator

  1. Help in hosting a quarterly festivals in each of the Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters.
  2. Help with 3-5 social events per quarter.
  3. Plan and organize at least two unique social event, of a cultural or artistic character.
  4. Shall keep detailed, accurate, up to date records of expenditures incurred from cultural events.
  5. Serve as an ex-officio member of the Campus Planning Committee.

Social Events Coordinator

  1. Help in hosting a quarterly festivals in each of the Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters.
  2. Help with 3-5 social events per quarter.
  3. Plan and organize at least one unique social event.
  4. Work to publicize GPSA social events and to promote new departments taking part.
  5. Shall keep detailed, accurate, up to date records of expenditures incurred by one's own planned events.
  6. Serve as an ex-officio member of the Campus Planning Committee.

Assistant Vice President of Social Affairs

  1. Shares the same responsibilities listed above for a social events coordinator.
  2. Capture accurate records of meetings, discussions, and decisions with the VP of Social Affairs.
  3. Shall keep detailed, accurate, up to date records of expenditures incurred by the Social Affairs Office.
